Give your agents a live line into official law.

SourceActs is a hosted MCP server. Connect Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to public regulatory sources and monitor updates, query instruments, and pull metadata — without custom scrapers or paid database seats.

No licence fees to the source publishers. Attribution required. Rate limits apply. Gazette updates start at $5.

Three tools. One endpoint.

The MCP speaks Streamable HTTP at /mcp. The same three operations are also ordinary REST endpoints for dashboards and scripts.

01

search_regulations

Keyword, CELEX, or ELI search against EUR-Lex Cellar SPARQL, plus UK, US Federal Register, Australia, Canada Gazette, WTO, and UN. Filter by language, date, and instrument type.

02

fetch_metadata

Resolve a CELEX number, ELI URI, UK citation, Federal Register document number, Australian title id, or Brazilian Lei/Decreto to titles, dates, and the official HTML locator.

03

get_latest_updates

Pull the newest Official Journal acts, Federal Register documents, Canada Gazette Part II, Danish Lovtidende, and other gazettes so a compliance agent can watch a jurisdiction overnight.

How it works

  1. Create a key. Sign up and copy a sa_live_ token. Free tier is enough to test search and fetch.
  2. Point the agent. Add https://sourceacts.com/mcp as a remote MCP server with your Bearer token.
  3. Ask in plain language. “What EU regulations on data protection entered into force after 2024?” becomes a Cellar SPARQL call.
